    • Purchase the support plan
    • Open a ticket through our secure ticket system
      • Include in title "your product - installation support" or indicate the product in your message body.
      • Include product license in your message
      • cPanel access where necessary
      • Provide us with details of your support request. Be descriptive as possible.
      • Provide URL you intend to have this product installed
      You will get an email correspondence for your ticket for any further information we may need and update status of the installation.
Note: If this is a local installation, please let us know and we will arrange a remote session where we can install your product on your local network.
Third-party party support is limited to our area of expertise. Included consultation will help to direct you to the right resources if necessary
